ToW: Where is this set, and how does it fit in with the timeline of the X-Men and the Xavier’s Institute range? That’s a good place to start with the cast. She has problems of her own, and she is having none of Fantomex’s drama. ![]() She’s trying to come to terms with a mutant power no one truly understands, least of all herself. They’re having an epic identity crisis when we meet them at the beginning of the novel, and they all have very different ways of dealing with that, and all of it comes with its fair share of collateral damage to the other characters in the novel, like E.V.A., Fantomex’s companion and friend, techno-organic being and scene-stealer. JJ: The big three are of course the clones: Fantomex, Weapon XIII, and Cluster. ToW: Without spoiling anything, who are the main characters and what do we need to know about them? ![]() If any of those things appeal to you as a reader, you’ll probably find something to enjoy in Triptych.
